★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vayas en quincena ningún cajero cuenta con efectivo en ningún lugar, e visitado 5 cajeros de diferentes direcciones y ninguno tiene efectivo, no se diga el banco es horrible hacer un trámite, te tardas horas, tienes que ir temprano y lo más seguro es que no te atiendan es horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a realizar un tramite en atencion a clientes tienes que llegar temprano a sacar ficha. De ahí en más ya no te quieren atender para ver tramites en esta ventanilla. No les importa si vienes de lejos o cualquier otra situación. Tampoco hay un aviso de que hay que sacar ficha por Internet y el teléfono de la sucursal nunca responden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en sus cajeros automáticos... en estos tiempos de cuarentena el personal antes de irse a su casa deben de dejar sus cajeros automáticos funcionando y más ahora que no están aceptando mucha gente en la sucursal... pues que me puedo esperar si cuando me atienden en la sucursal Aparte de hacerlo sin ganas y con mala cara pues se puede reflejar el compromiso que tienen hacia la empresa... Citibanamex eres buen banco pero entrena mejor a tu personal... nada que ver con Citibank en USA
