★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, tardaron 1 hora y media en atenderme, solo tienen dos cajeros en ventanilla y si llegan personas del servicio ejecutivo ellos mismos los atienden.
Terrible attention, it took them 1 hour and a half to attend to me, they only have two ATMs at the window and if people from the executive service arrive they will attend them themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, mala atención y tiempo de espera, en mi caso tarde 2 hora para que me dijeran que no había sistema y que volviera otro día. Recomiendo que vaya a otra sucursal para no perder su tiempo.
Bad service, bad attention and waiting time, in my case, it took me 2 hours to be told that there was no system and that I would come back another day. I recommend that you go to another branch so you do not waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de los ejecutivos, parece que uno va a pedir prestado cuando uno realmente va a sacar su dinero. En el momento que estuve ahí tres usuarios tuvieron conflictos con ejecutivos o cajeros, tienen poco tacto con el cliente, ojalá puedan hacer modificaciones al personal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio de los ejecutivos, no se toman la molestia siquiera de buscar cosas que ellos deberian saber, ademas son lentisimos, hasta parece que lo hacen con toda la intención de trabjar y atender a las menos personas posibles en el día....mejor que se busquen otro trabajo. Si pueden evitar ir a esta sucursal, haganlo.

3 horas esperando a pasar a atención a cliente. La persona que está en la recepción, no ayuda en nada a las personas con preguntas.
Gente formada 2 horas para hacer una operación que fácilmente la persona de la entrada le puede ayudar a realizar en el cajero inteligente.
Terrible service!
3 hours waiting to go to customer service. The person who is at the reception, does not help people with questions at all.
