Ahora resguarda la sucursal 100 de CitiBanamex.
En esta sucursal siempre hay mucha gente. Hay varias cajas en servicio; sin embargo, recuerden q el modelo de atención d Banamex es darle prioridad a quienes tienen cuenta con ellos por lo q si no son cuentahabientes tardarán mucho mucho tiempo en ser atendidos. Además de q los cajeros son muy lentos y los turnos Nunca Van acorde a la gente q va siendo atendida.
Un punto a favor específicamente de esta sucursal es q tiene cambio monetario de un gran número de monedas del mundo.
Respecto al banco en general el servicio es pésimo, Banamex cobra muchos intereses por todos sus servicios que además disfraza muy bien para q la gente caiga en sus trampas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tardan mucho en atender los ejecutivos; primero tuve que recoger la reposición de mi tarjeta y espere una hora a que me atendieran; despúes se me bloqueo mi tarjeta al cambiar mi nip en el cajero automatico y tuve que esperar otra hora a que me atendieran; menos mal no llevaba prisa ? sino habria perdido todo el dia. Los cajeros son los unicos que te atienden rápido.
