 It is not in service or the ATMs or to check balance is useless, I can not even cancel my account, terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un banco como cualquier Banamex con cajeros automáticos y cajas para realizar todo tipo de trámites, depositos, retiros, cobros de cheques, entre otros. El tiempo de servicio depende del día, aveces es rápido y en quincenas se llenas. A mí me trataron amablemente.
It is a bank like any Banamex with ATMs and boxes to carry out all kinds of procedures, deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, among others. The service time depends on the day, sometimes it is fast and in fortnights it is full. They treated me kindly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, los cajeros automáticos continuamente fallan. Desde el día lunes no hay efectivo en sus cajeros automáticos. Es una sucursal muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que atiende.
Terrible service, ATMs continually fail. Since Monday there is no cash in their ATMs. It is a very small branch for the number of people it serves.
