★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de servicio al cliente es pésima, sólo hay una encargada por lo que los tiempos de espera son muy prolongados además de que la atención es descortés, otro problema con esta sucursal es que el cajero de depósitos no entrega cambio y pasa en repetidas ocasiones y no hay algún aviso por parte del personal ni desabilitan el cajero y las solicitudes para devolución duran más de un mes lo cual de manera personal me parecen un abuso!!!
 The customer service is very bad, there is only one in charge, so waiting times are very long and the service is impolite, another problem with this branch is that the deposit teller does not deliver change and happens repeatedly and there is no warning from the staff or disable the cashier and the requests for return last more than a month which personally seems like abuse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bastante torpes e ineptos , fui por una reposición de tarjeta y me dejaron parada media hora en caja por que no podían validar mi INE y no quisieron entregarme la tarjeta, pésimo servicio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que cambiaron al personal la atención de la sucursal cayó demasiado y no fue por pandemia de plano cambiaron a todos y nadie quiere hacer su trabajo quieres un estado de cuenta te mandan a la app, si quieres cambiar datos te mandan a la app cosa que no se puede hacer en la app de plano solo sirve el personal para abrir cuentas porque si eres cliente te manda por todo en la app, antes te atendían ahora hasta parece que te corren

Recomendadísimo, además de que las instalaciones son adecuadas para desempeñar sus actividades.
Casi no hay gente y las cajeras atienden muy rápido y con mucho peofesionalismo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no tienen organización, llegar a ventanillas o ejecutivos es todo un triunfo después de horas y horas de espera; el multicajero automático para recibir pagos nunca sirve; en definitiva el banco Citibanamex es sin duda de los peores bancos y esta sucursal no es la excepción, nada recomendable
