★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en general en todas las sucursales de citibanamex atienden mal, son exageradamente lentos y en muchas ocasiones ni siquiera son capaces de resolver el motivo de ir a la sucursal. He ido a varias a checar si hay alguna buena, pero la última siempre es peor que la anterior. Si no fuera por su portal de internet y su app este banco ya habría quebrado.
Terrible service, in general in all citibanamex branches they serve poorly, they are extremely slow and in many cases they are not even able to solve the reason for going to the branch. I have gone to several to check if there are any good ones, but the last one is always worse than the last one. If it were not for its internet portal and its app, this bank would have already gone bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lentos, los empleados se tardan en resolver, desaparecen horas, en servicio al cliente me he tardado 3 horas en pasar y en todas las sucursales es lo mismo. Ir con paciencia.
Slow, employees take time to resolve, hours disappear, in customer service it took me 3 hours to pass and in all branches it is the same. Go with patience.

Obvio ni la App ni en el teléfono se puede hacer nada. Felicidades, cada día están peor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banamex es la relación tóxica de la que deberías salirte pero te convences de que la necesitas por un beneficio mínimo (preventas ticketmaster). Pésimo en todos los aspectos. Ojalá pudiera darle 0 estrellas.
Banamex is the toxic relationship that you should get out of but you convince yourself that you need it for a minimal benefit (ticketmaster presales). Terrible in all respects. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
