WARNING!! Have mixed emotions about this place and let me tell you why. I hope of my many reviews that this will be one that certainly makes the biggest difference. All I can say is that it was too convenient that my incident occurred within a couple blocks proximity of this place. You see I was drugged and robbed this past January when I was visiting Mexico City and my lodging and said event happened within such a close proximity. Because the next morning when I awoke still half drugged. I was sent over to this office to fill out my report and unwittingly I gave them my personal info of my email to the items that were stolen of which of the many items also consisted of an iPad Pro and new iPhone XS Max. Which then I was locked out of my email the next day and soon after my items were locked out from me on my Apple accounts. On the side note, I can’t blame the whole office (organization) because they were of most helpful in other aspects but there is no doubt in my mind someone in that office is in inside person working with the thief/thieves in the area. So my warning if you have to go there and supply info, limit what info you give them.
