★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't live here if you don't own a car or motorbike. Getting in and out of the complex using taxis is a nightmare. The security are very over the top and you will often wait 10 minutes or more to enter your own home because the security complete many checks on the drivers (even the city taxis). I understand that they are trying to keep everyone safe, but it is too much and they are very slow when completing their duties. They also change the security personnel frequently so often they do not know who the residents are when entering in a taxi, which causes more waiting and frustration.
If you have friends visit they will also need to present ID to the security to be allowed in and again will have to wait a long time to enter.
The facilities are good, the gym and pool and fantastic. The grounds are not very large though, and the dog parks make the whole area smell of dog so if that bothers you that will be a problem too.
