★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, todos los citys cafés están muy bien pero el de Universidad, o te dan el café súper aguado o súper cargado (intomable) Ayer pedí un café en el termo que promocionan, un empleado que está en capacitación me sirvió de una jarra que tenía atrás de un mueble ósea quien sabe de qué procedencia sea, pues además hizo una cara de fushi. Obvio no me lo tome pues además no tienen buena actitud los empleados. Hoy compre unas verduras con chile y limon y sabían horrible, lo notifiqué a la empleada pero solo dijo que ya se había percatado de eso. Y se las llevo. Pague por algo echado a perder y sin solución. GUACALA CITY CAFÉ UNIVERSIDAD!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sería agradable si la atención de las meseras mejorara, son poco cordiales y no están atentas si se te ofrece algo más, los alimentos son buenos pero he consumido en otras sucursales y está es mala en general comparada con otras.
