Impossible to make an appointment via Whatsapp. I asked for information from Friday, until Sunday I kept asking about the information because they do not take the time to explain carefully what you need to know. Apparently they answer different people and do not know what you mean, you have to repeat things. They send you the brochures that you can read on the page beforehand, but they omit the important information, such as: "it is MANDATORY to have your dogs' immunization record on hand" (which is not marked as mandatory in the brochure, only the evaluation , and not because my dogs do not meet the requirements, but because I have lost them and have been informed since the first contact, I could foresee from Friday to go to the vet to ask for other books, today impossible Sunday). They ask you to register on your page (which by the way do not have privacy notice) and answer an evaluation of your dogs and lose all this time uploading information, before putting objections for whatever reason (situation that could have been avoided, I repeat: if from the beginning you take the time to give the complete and correct information of what the client needs to know specifically, not only by resubmitting your brochures). Added to this, they answer in an impersonal way, and to some extent it feels disrespectful, they lose sight of the fact that they are talking to a potential client. In the end they did not care that I expressed my discomfort, not because they ask for the primer (I applaud that they take care of the health of the visiting puppies), but for all the time that they make you lose and that they take you up to that point, 3 days later, making you believe that you can schedule the appointment and in the end it is not so and that far from trying to change my perspective (which may have been wrong), and give me a more proactive answer, they prefer to leave you with the bad taste in your mouth. Anyway, the place is very beautiful because of what you see in the photos, but they can not make the first contact with the client so crude since it is part of a service and it is the first impression they cause; forget that if you are going to send your dogs (which are like members of your family), what you most expect, is that they convey a warm and friendly, but good after this I'm still with the Osorio Kennel service in Veracruz .

It is an excellent place for your pet to have fun, play and live with more puppies. I highly recommend the attention of its staff and owner.
