★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No renten un carro aquí, realizas una reservación pagando todo el costo para garantizar tu reservación y a los pocos días te cancelan sin ningún motivo. Qué pésimo servicio.
Do not rent a car here, you make a reservation paying all the cost to guarantee your reservation and after a few days they cancel you for no reason. What a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue en Cancun, te enganchan con precios muy buenos y lo que no te dicen es que ellos solo son los intermediarios entre el usuario y la arrendadora, todo empezó bien con la recepción en el aeropuerto, te llevan a las oficinas en este caso fue jet van car rental, tienen un remolque en la carretera como oficina, la verdad confíe en qué todo saldría bien ya había rentado con otra arrendadora local, por cuestión de la contingencia mi aerolínea cambió mi vuelo y cambié la fecha de entrega del vehículo así que me comunique con ellos y me dieron un precio muy alto por el día extra (no tenía otra opción de transporte) así que acepte el precio excesivo que me dieron y lo peor de todo es que dos días después del rembolso del deposito hay cargos no reconocidos en la tarjeta del deposito, no es posible que como intermediario puedas mandar a clientes con empresas que defraudan, no se con cuantas empresas mas trabajen, pero tengan mucho cuidado y desgraciadamente me duele pero tendré que rentar en empresas internacionales ya que por querer apoyar a los nacionales salí con un fraude en mi tarjeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, nada mas decepcionante que llegar con una reservacion hecha y prepagada, a las 4:30 am y que no tengan tu carro, pero aun peor que tampoco tengan un carro superior!!! Les llame al teléfono de atención 24 hrs y No contestaron. Mandaron un mensaje de texto veinte minutos después y una pregunta dos horas y media después , también por texto. Pésimo servicio.
Como les reporte la renta no se efectuó debido a que no tenían carros disponibles en el momento que llegue al aeropuerto, me atendió el Sr. Carlos Mancilla que de forma clara y reiteradamente me dijo que no tenían otro carro aparte de un solo aveo, que no se ajustaba a mis necesidades. Tampoco pudo o quiso comunicarme con alguien mas y me dijo que hasta las 8:00 am llegaría personal que pudiera atender mi queja. Y del reembolso, van dos días y no se reportan ni por mail ni por teléfono ni por mensaje me pueden dar la cara...
Terrible service, nothing more disappointing than arriving with a reservation made and prepaid, at 4:30 am and not having your car, but even worse that they do not have a superior car either !!!
