The location is accesible with car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll find the best alcohol shop in town at this location, interestingly enough, you also find the worst Walmart here as well (sometimes they don't even have basics like tomatoes or potatoes). The location is great and you will find most banks and other services. Since it is an outdoor mall you need to stuff your pockets with ice cubes before arriving. One to think, two of the stars are just there because La Europea.
