★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This message is for the manager or person in charge. I booked a 3 day stayed back on April 7th of this year. We arrived around 7:00 pm,room extremely small,HOT-HOT!! It was a lot cooler outside. Receptionist,was very rude and disrespectful,argued with me and never intent to make it better,yelled that"You are not getting your money back!" I did get my money back already. Personal needs to be trained on customer service skills.We drove 13 hours for that! I believe her name is Masha or Marcia. Definitely never booked there again an make sure to tell here in San Diego,not a good place to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small with very small tv's, shower curtains are not the right size, so when you shower the water go outside. Hope they fix that and they do have the same price as the holiday Inn express, and it does seems like the receptionist at front desk takes pictures with her phone at the computer screen so info don't seem safe
