★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una gran experiencia.....no hay mas palabras en todos los apectos....personal supercordial de la recepción, son con los únicos que trate y mi familia y yo.... muy contentos.
 A great experience ... there are no more words in all aspects ... super cordial reception staff, they are the only ones I deal with and my family and I ... very happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo bien en mi estancia PERO hay poca seriedad en administración. No recibí mi factura y al llamar a recepción me manda a buzón. Lástima de sus instalaciones tan modernas.
All good in my stay BUT there is little seriousness in administration. I did not receive my invoice and when I call the reception it sends me to the mailbox. Pity about its modern facilities.

For the economic price it has, it is an excellent and very comfortable hotel. It's very clean, it's the most important thing, I'm sure I'll stay there every time if I go to Hermosillo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de facturación. Mas de una semana intentando comunicarme con hotel para solicitar apoyo y cuando contestaron no me pudieron apoyar con facturación por error en su sistema.
Si necesitas factura de tu hospedaje el hotel City Express Hermosillo Expo NO ES OPCION.
Terrible billing service. More than a week trying to communicate with the hotel to request support and when they answered they could not support me with billing due to an error in their system.
If you need an invoice for your accommodation, the City Express Hermosillo Expo hotel IS NOT AN OPTION.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es excelente, las habitaciones aunque algo pequeña siempre están limpias, el desayuno es delicioso. La única deficiencia que tiene es su ubicación. Además de la plaza. No tiene mas lugares de interés o de diversión cercanos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reminds me of a Holiday Inn Express in the US. Room furnishings look like they came from IKEA, but better quality. Comfortable bed. The only English language channel on the TV is CNN. No hand towels or washcloths in the bathroom. I think this is their plan. I stayed 2 nights and both times none were put out.
Breakfast variety is much better than HIX. They cook the food on site. Good security. The elevators require a key card swipe to work for your floor only. 110v and USB power receptacles available.
A shout-out to Fernando, the night manager. While we were waiting for our ride, he held an impromptu raffle for a hotel pen. Quite original and fun.
