Don't stay in this place of you do never trust their taxi service charges double, never on time...big scam.
In addition their $#&#&$ number directs you to your room number never to front desk it is annoying and you can't call them if you need the shuttle on your way back from restaurants in surrounding area!
Ask for your taxi Driver if it's Yahir D O N T Trust him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good little hotel for people that like to live as minimalists; way overpriced, but I guess is the price you pay for staying close to the airport. Good service, rooms are equipped with bare minimum essential furniture: very small rooms.

There is not transportation Hotel-Airport-Hotel after 21hrs, so if you arrive later, your are on your own, today was raining so hard, no taxi, no Uber, waiting at the airport for 1.5 hrs, the hotel just said: Sorry! The shuttle from Holiday Inn help me to arrive. Any fly can be delayed or canceled, so if your are from other country, this hotel is not your option. Try another one.
The card of my room got stuck, waiting more time until be fixed! Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean, but it didn't have hot water, so it was horrible to take a shower. Also I asked for the shuttle service to the airport, I booked it one day before and they arrived 15 minutes later than the scheduled. Luckly I didn't have troubles in the airport, but I could not have breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked in advance through Expedia and both parties didn't organize well. I don't care if I wait but my daughter and my wife (specially her) can't withstand that much. It take about an hour to get everything solved though

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was clean and modern. I would give it 5 stars except it didn't have a refrigerator which caused my food to spoil. Maybe because it's in mexico thats why they don't have a refrigerator. Otherwise it would be 5 stars for sure
