★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, it is new so everything is fine. The service is good. The bad thing is that there's almost nothing around but two restaurants (Carls Jr. and El Papalote).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the one near Monterey in Mexico. The hotel rooms were very clean and so were the bathroomsbyt nothing too fancy. The staff was kind and polite and extremely helpful. The elevators have a card slot where you slide your card in before selecting a room number so you feel a bit safer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's okay. Skip if you can. Worth another 40 minutes to get a better place. Not the safest, rooms dont smell good at all, and you can stay at a 5 star hotel or american hotel for the same price. Again, it's okay. Breakfast was fine too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greeted with a smile and staff was helpful with the language barrier. Clean room and secure location. Had to stay over for flight issues and they were very accommodating. Would recommend for out of town guest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over priced. The room had a bad smell. We wanted to get breakfast and were told to eat on the one side of the lobby. We were ok with that. Started getting food and were told to get out of the way because breakfast wasn't for us, it was for the other people there. We were treated like dogs.
