★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They handed the rooms approximately 6 hours late. The next day the room was still messy at 4 o'clock, even when it was empty since 10 in the morning.
The last day, we missed checkout by fifteen minutes and they charged us for the whole day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service a d room quality at this location is not as good as at other locations. The front desk was great with my checkin but the ventilation in my room didn't work and they chose what was provided for breakfast rather than other locations which offered options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Best part is the breakfast. Hotel staff is also very very good and cooperative. So a must try for everyone coming in mexico city. Nearby restaurants serve sushi and all Mexican food.
