★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got the most economic room. It is small, but does not feel crowded. The furniture looks modern I'd say. Am happy with what I got for my money. My only problem was at check-in time, I has to wait from 3 to 4:15 to get my room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Several issues...When we checked in, the front desk took a long time to get our key and then they told us the bed we had requested was not avaialable even though it was reserved days before. The restroom in the lobby must have had some clogging going on because the sink was full of water. The hotel felt so warm in the lobby and everywhere else in the builidng that it felt so much better being outside. The hallways and elevators stunk like a sewer so again not sure if there was some sort of plumbing issue. Also, the electricity turned off a couple of times and could hear the loud generator as a result. Towards the end, we had asked to extend our check out time to 4 pm and when we went to the room, the key did not work so had to go back down to reactivate it? I would not go there again even if the room was offered at a discount. I rather pay the extra to be somewhere nicer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! So polite and caring! I really enjoyed the stay but one thing bothered me, the strong smell. It gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep because of it. But yes an excellent hotel! Keep up the hard work!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff, good breakfast. They held my bags overnight for me while I went to the border to renew my Visa and get the vaccine. Girl who works the front desk in the day was really helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a super hot day we got only one tiny water bottle, one towel for two people as soon as we were walking in our room the smell was so disgusting. It smelled humid and nasty. At night they were a lit of drunk men outside the parking lot and a lot of beer bottles thrown all over the parking lot. In the morning when we went out my car had a scratch on the trunk of my car like if they had put their cans. I will take a picture and will load it. I dont think I will stay here again. Very bad experience for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Checkout is at 3pm , I tried checking in at 220pm but was unable and I understood the reason. Although I don't think the guy at the front desk ( Esteban I think) had good manners. I patiently went to sit it out and came back at 2:59 I said Im checking in and with a loud tone He replied: " I said check out is at 3pm and you have 1 minute to go". He didn't check me in till 3:08pm. The guy is rude. I also read the many complaints of internet not working and that is correct it doesn't work. Hope the guy gets addressed and internet gets fixed.
