N	Nancy Madrigal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is less than 10 minutes from the airport and super convenient. They made it really easy to check in and check out and grab a bite in the morning before heading out. The restaurant was decent and the staff was really friendly. They had someone monitoring the parking area over night did I didn't worry much about the car. The place is pretty new and modern - just what you need, the basics. For some reason they had done some painting and the smell was seeping into our room. We called the front desk and were able to move us to another room. They quickly sent someone to help us move our bags to the new room and trade out our keys. I would definitely stay there again.
r	rafarl garcia contreras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is my second post the first one was deleted !! looking at past post i can see i am not the first one and they dont care to solve the problem of security !!!! my car was vandalise !! windows smash also the restaurant didnt have all they said they have on their menu and nobody in the hotel apologise for what happend to my rental car they didnt call the cops !they didnt pay for the damage i did !! worst place to stay in guadalajara !!!!
J	Justin Denherder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t believe the pictures, had an overnight layover in Guadalajara. This hotel is in a terrible area, kinda scary. Although it is gated the surrounding area is not good. I recommend going a little further into the city, like the Zapopan area to find a nice hotel at about the same cost. The service is good, very friendly staff. The building is ok, pretty clean. The beds are terrible, felt like sleeping on the floor
R	Ronnie Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Check in and check out very smooth. Unfortunately no food service after hours, only a vending machine. Room was clean but extremely cold. The air worked very well :)

R	Roman Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff & clean rooms. No microwave or fridge in room. Front desk will help you get taxi service. Some noise from the highway can be heard at night, did not notice this the first night but the second I could hear the big rigs engine braking through the night. Not sure I would stay here again.
E	Eric Graham on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok room, was nice and clean. Check in was quick. Internet was bad. Barely would stream a YouTube video at 8pm. They also give you 1 tiny water bottle. I had to try it. I'll go back to Hampton or holiday Inn next time. And when the internet finally failed so did the broadcast TV. So early to bed with nothing to do.
A	Alfonso Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ are you flying from Guadalajara early morning? then this is the right place to spend the night, plenty of parking spaces on site. you can take a decent breakfast, not the regular "continental breakfast" (included with your stay) then drive 5 to 10 minutes to the airport, depending on traffic. This facility is spotless clean, the most significant feature for me is their check-in / check-out efficiency. I've stayed in this location multiple times and my arrival to the airport has been always on time, not hungry and happy!
