★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, good price, quality space/rooms. I thought the breakfast was really good but my travel mates are very egg-focused and didn't like the eggs.
That said, many small annoyances:
1) Housekeeping would knock at 9-9:30, even if you had the DND tag out, and ask when you'd like the room cleaned. Then seemingly no matter what you said they cleaned it in the early evening (5ish).
2) Coffee at breakfast was awful, and service at breakfast was inconsistent.
3) The seal around our door wasn't great or something - when it was closed there was a low wooshing sound constantly. Nothing major but again a small annoyance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in this hotel was abysmal, for its price, I think you can get better hotels in the area. We arrived from a 14-hour flight way past check-in time and our room wasn't ready, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our room when we were clearly in a hurry to go lay down and clean ourselves up. The buffet was just alright, there weren't enough toasters for so many people, neither were glasses. I happened to get sick that night and came up with a fever, asked for either a doctor or a thermometer, they say they couldn't help. I was just happy to get out of such an awful place. Customer service needs to be seriously improved - particularly from the front desk people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 3 nights and it was great! The rooms were comfortable yet relatively small. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location was the best not too far from all of Mexico City attractions. Both concierge Sergio and Jose were very helpful and set us up with two excursions. Neighborhood was also very gay friendly and close to all of the gay bars. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a great hotel for a quick business trip. Things I noted: the free breakfast selection should not be your reason to book this hotel because it is very limited. The office area had very poor WiFi so I was unable to stay there and have my zoom meetings .The network in the rooms were perfect though. The gym is very small and you need to reserve a room ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't come to this hotel from today to at least a month from now. I arrived to the hotel today, I made my reservation today and when I got here, after checking in, the people at the front desk told me that they had a problem last week and many rooms have no air conditioner, ( the temperature now in cdmx is 80 average) and so, they offered me 5% discount for the lack of air conditioner. So today when I made my reservation, they knew what was happening and they didn't mention anything, they are letting guest arrive here and then they tell them about this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are normal sized, for europeans.
They were clean, and well equiped, but the space for hanging cloth was limited.
The ac was working realy well.
The service was friendly and nice.
The breakfast is bad.
You only have coffee, tee, fruits,
Yougurt and a bit bread for free, for more like eggs you need to pay.
The fruits are old, the bread is hard and the coffee.....
The only good one was the yougurt.
They store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.
Realy good location, not all windows facing the angel.
