★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelent customer service. The breakfast was good but crowded at 6.30 because of a group of teenagers, but is not hotel fault. Our event ends late but they let me check out at 15.00 at no charge. Good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not provide us with the room that we had booked. Poor quality pillows and no bedding for the sofa cum bed. Don't pick up the phone at reception so we had to walk down 3 times. Wifi doesn't work either. AC was making sounds as if a train is running. Bad experience overall, do not recommend.
