★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que pagues un precio mas economico debes reservar con anticipacion o bien en la app, siendo de manera presencial te dan un precio normal. Si pudiera dar mas de 5 estrellas lo haria ya que el personal es muy atento y amable, el desayuno incluido es rico, tiene transporte gratuito siempre y cuando el destino no pase mas de 10 km a la redonda y de la misma manera es buen servicio. Cerca del hotel hay cinepolis, vips, tiendas para comprar, a 10 min. Esta plaza satelite, soriana, walmart. Y sobre todo en el hotel hay mucha tranquilidad y el servicio a la habitacion de buena calidad. Muy limpio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena ubicación, el personal suele ser muy atento lo único es que debes tener cuidado en baño debido a que no existe ningún área anti derrapante tuvimos un incidente desafortunadamente esa ocasión no supieron cómo llevar la situación, sin embargo, otras ocasiones todo muy bien tomando en cuenta esa precaución

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitaciones bien, buena limpieza. Aunque a veces se les olvida dejar shampoo o dejar kleennex.
Desayuno bien. En la mañana da todo el sol en las mesas solo las cierra en la noche (ya para que si no hay sol).
En el Centro de Negocios las 2 computadoras muy lentas y la impresora no funciona.
El estacionamiento bien por ser techado pero muy tardados para abrirte y más cuando requieres entrar o salir fuera de horario de la plaza... hay que esperar unos 10 minutos para que abran.
Sería bueno tengan caja fuerte.
Rooms good, good cleanliness. Although sometimes they forget to leave shampoo or Kleennex.

In the Business Center the 2 computers are very slow and the printer does not work.
The parking lot is good because it is covered but it takes a long time to open and even more so when you need to enter or leave the square after hours... you have to wait about 10 minutes for them to open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for a coming meeting, they where very helpful, the place is not fancy, it's new and has all the amenities and equipment for a company meeting, although they don't run a restaurant they gave us a very nice lunch and coffee break
