★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience for a modest hotel!.
Upon arrival, the staff were courteous and friendly. The rooms were good enough for a few days stay, nothing amazing or off the charts, and they have WI-FI and TV included. (There was an iron and a bench but we didn't use it).
The hotel has complimentary breakfast from 6:00 to 10 AM. Not to mention the free parking which is huge, although it is not private.
With all the small perks and the location, this place was perfect for my family and myself to visit Angelopolis for a few days
This hotel is located within walking distance to Angelopolis mall, la estrella de puebla, Auditorio Metropolitano El Hospital de Puebla, el eco parque metropolitano, and el paseo del rio Atoyac, just to name a few.
Also, el Zocalo de Puebla, el cuexcomate, and La Zona Arqueologica de Cholula are within short driving distance, Cholula being the farthest at 22 km(13 miles apr).
There is a taxi stand outside the hotel and this are your best option, MXN120 pesos for a trip to Cholula unless you like to drive and complicate things finding parking in unfamiliar places.
I highly recommend this this hotel if your trip is on a budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their front desk staff had a poor attitude, furthermore, they woke us up on Sunday at 8 am with loud knocking on the door asking if we wanted laundry service. Not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place cover succesfully the basic things I look into a Hotel: warm water, good wifi connection, a comfortable bed. The gym is really small, the breakfast too simple, but it's better than nothing. In general terms city express is a good cost/benefit hotel. If you want no surprises during your trip, this is your choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon arrival we we're notifying the air conditioning in a room was not working. Instead of offering us a discount they basically told us we can go somewhere else and we didn't like it. Since we were the large group we decided to stay here anyway. Once in our room we were trying to finally settle down after a long trip I sat down in the chair and it broke with me on the floor. The security letters on the door were also broken so I asked to be relocated to another room. After putting her stuff back in their bags they did send someone to help us which we were thankful for we relocated to another room. Finally winding down of the movie we decided to take a shower but the shower curtain wasn't long enough and all the water ended up in the bathroom and sit in the shower where it would go down the drain. In the morning we went down to eat at a complimentary breakfast which was also a fiasco. There wasn't any food the food they had was cold and the eggs have chopped up hot dogs in it that's a little kid food.
Expect with my state be as miserable as the first day was I just hope the people read this review so that I can be warned not to stay at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a good place for job meetings and works actually very well. From the beggining with a warm start with the staff and overall a great service that all the staff involved resolves instantly and with a smile. The meeting room is comfy and all clean, with enough coffee, pieces of bread, and tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible Parking Policy.
I hate to start with a negative spin, but the parking policy of this place is one of the stupidest ever. It just shows lack of interest and greed by the owners. The guest is the one who ends up suffering the consequences. The parking lot is shared by a casino, a Walmart Express and two restaurants. But it is managed by a separate company. The hotel guests have to pay for parking every time they exit the parking lot, and in order to get reimbursed by the hotel, you have to 1) Get your parking receipt stamped by the hotel, then 2) Go to either the casino or the Walmart Express to ask for a receipt, providing your hotel room number. The parking lot person hand-writes a receipt that you need to save until you check-out of the hotel. 3) Pay in cash (almost exact change) when you exit the parking lot, within your stay. 4) At check-out, you need to claim your parking fees with your receipts to the front desk. So, hopefully you are never in a rush because you need to account for all that time exiting the parking lot. Other than that, the hotel is fine. You get what you pay for. Friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete fiasco. I haven’t tried a worse “breakfast” than the offered here. Cold scrambled eggs and that’s it, they didn’t have anything else as food to give us. Just coffe, juice and yogurt. If you ever think about booking this hotel because they have “breakfast included”, please, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
