La seguridad del complejo no es buena robaron a un conocido un auto y no se hacen responsables, cuando ellos no pidieron identificaciones de las personas que ingresaron

¡¡¡Es un lugar donde puedes vivir sin complicaciones, los servicios están incluidos, la administración siempre está pendiente de ti y realiza eventos increíbles!!! La vista desde el piso 30 es espectacular!!

Es el peor lugar para vivir. Una administración clasista, que discrimina al personal de apoyo y residentes. Servicio de valet parking nefasto chocan los carros y no se hacen responsables. Presumen espacios y amenidades y no puedes utilizarlos. Nefasto lugar para vivir Vamos te prohíben tener reuniones en el jardín. Tienes más limitantes que si vivieras en una zona marginal sin servicios ni atención del personal. El personal de servicio es intransigente grosero irrespetuoso. No puedes recibir ningún servicio en tu departamento tu tienes que bajar a subir el super mercado ,farmacia, comida, lo que pidas, nada te lo pueden subir a tu departamento.

El peor lugar lugar para rentar, pésima administración. 5 meses para que me devolvieran mi anticipo. Ni te toman las llamadas ¡ cero recomendado

Solicite informes en el mes de febrero, por teléfono me tomaron los datos y quedaron de asignar a una persona… contacté por redes sociales y sí obtuve respuesta pero dijeron que pronto se contactarían, es 4 de marzo y seguiría esperando su respuesta. Verdaderamente es una pésima atención ya que no dan seguimiento a las personas que se interesan

Es imposible recibir información de City Rent. Realicé mi visita el 29 de octubre y desde entonces estoy esperando recibir cotizaciones de Karla Espinoza. He llamado al número que viene en la página de internet y nadie responde, Karla dejo de responder a mis mensajes desde noviembre y he estado en contacto a través de instagram en donde me dicen que se comunicarán conmigo desde el 20 de diciembre y aún no lo hacen. Parece que estoy rogándoles por recibir información. Definitivamente no los recomiendo.

I lived one year in City Rent and can tell: Be very careful with these apartments from City Rent and don´t be fooled by the positive google references, which are partially fake. For instance the very positive feedback of Magali Hernandez, she works at the administration of the building - it´s ridiculous! First, I can confirm the classical and discriminatory behavior of the administration towards (external) employees and residents. The service is very low in general, nevertheless, they will charge you for everything additionally (e.g. if you want to hang up a picture in your apartment). Furthermore, it can be extremely noisy in the building since there is a huge beer factory and rail next door (means annoying truck and train horns also during the night). Besides there is an unsightly/dangerous neighborhood very close (200 m distance) where people sometimes party all night. The conditions of the building are not the best either, e.g. the floor of the terrace on the 30rd floor was completely broken after a year!! Last but not least don´t expect to get back your full amount of your deposit. The sharks from the administration will find/invent something for sure, in order to not pay it back.

A word of advice if you expect to live in a building where you can sleep and feel safe in Mexico City - STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I have stayed here for a year, and these are the TRUE reasons why you should NOT stay here (the review below mentioning fake reviews is completely correct, some time ago the rating was 2-stars and the administration clearly made their best to change this with fake reviews…): 1)The building is extremely noisy and has a room for events which the administration rents out to companies and private individuals for huge events (big Christmas parties, concerts etc.). They can last until 3am in the night and even on weekdays (!!). If you complain, the administration will laugh in your face and just told you they can do whatever they want. I’m serious, this happened. 2)The security guards are disrespectful and don’t do their job properly. It’s obvious that they have no idea what their job is and are not given proper instructions from the administration. They will let anyone into the building, never checks IDs and just take your word that you live in the building, i.e. zero security checks. 3)If you ever wish to get in touch with the administration, just know that they will do everything to avoid being reached. They will tell you repeatedly that they will get back to you and they won’t. If you make time for appointment with them in person – they simply won’t show up. 4)The surrounding neighbourhood is shady, has several noisy factories and a train track where trains run during the night. City Rent charges a rent way above market price for this location in Polanco. 5)The administration and their attitude towards people living in City Rent is horrible and a reason in itself to NOT stay here.
