 The Albatros Catamaran tour is highly recommended, I would definitely take it again!
Applause for the catamaran staff, all very friendly, respectful and at all times attentive to passengers and during activities to keep us safe on the trip <3
The tour guide: Pancho always making sure we had a good time
the crew: taking care of us throughout the trip
The snorkeling guide: always aware of our safety
the beautiful beach club and lots of variety in the buffet

They do not take care without reservation.
I had 3 days activities.
I bought a picture package in 1activity but I have not got it. I asked and complained to send it. The answer was they only make the reservation.
We also have bad experience. We had only 2 seats eventhough we were 3 in the activity of ' isla de mujeres '.
I was apreciate that we can have 3 days activities. But not very good at the end
These ate what i enjoyed
1. ATV, Zip line, Cenote swim.
2. Isla de mujeres trip by yacht.
3. Fishing.
