En general como invitado puedes disfrutar mucho tu visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser sincero: la peor administración del mundo. La jefa es muy arrogante y no acepta ningún comentario. La peor gestión que he experimentado en mi vida. No se siente cómo en su propia casa. El mantenimiento se sube demasiado y no invierten el dinero para nada bien. Falta de agua frecuentemente. El Gimnasio está muy mal hecho y la terraza se ve fatal y eso después de que hicieren un mantenimiento. Además entra agua por los muros a mi depa y está cayendo el yeso cuando llueva. Los elevadores están fuera de servicio cada 15 días. Hay un sonido que suena 24h que nadie puede explicar de donde viene. Las puertas de la entrada principal no sirven desde fueron instalados. En plazo de cambiarlas les dan mantenimiento cada 8 días.
Si quiere gastar su dinero en mantenimiento y en rentas muy elevadas, mejor en otro edificio.

The gym is very poorly done and the terrace looks terrible and that after they did some maintenance. In addition, water enters through the walls of my apartment and the plaster is falling when it rains. The elevators are out of service every 15 days. There is a sound that sounds 24 hours a day that no one can explain where it comes from. The main entrance doors are not working since they were installed. In term of changing them they give them maintenance every 8 days.
If you want to spend your money on maintenance and very high rents, better in another building.
