★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar de apartamentos muy bonitos y con acabados muy lujosos. Contando que tiene gran cantidad de amenidades muy bonitas y todas las facilidades que requiere una persona en si para vivir o junto a su familia. Además su ubicación es muy buena con mucha vía de comunicación y transporte igual que plazas comerciales y supermercados a la vuelta de la esquina. Y sobre todo a pocos minutos de la zona colonial de Coyoacán.

In addition, its location is very good with a lot of communication and transportation as well as shopping centers and supermarkets just around the corner. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He vivido en muchos residenciales, y solo en este he encontrado una seguridad tan molesta e inepta, excelentes para cobrar multas por cosas sin sentido como dejar poco tiempo el carro en un lugar en dónde no vive nadie $3,000, ruido en tu departamento $4000, sin criterio ni consideraciones. A veces aún siendo residente te hacen bajar por tus visitas por ninguna razón (cuando ya sólo están los ineptos de seguridad y no los de recepción) y no bajas a firmar ni nada solo literal te hacen bajar ¿? Ningún descuento durante covid de mantenimiento pero eso si todas o mitad de las amenidades cerradas. Los jacuzzis antes y después de Covid casi nunca disponibles. Volvieron a poner las huellas para ingresar a todos lados en el peor momento de la pandemia. Te piden tu nombre en cada rincón que camines del lugar pero la realidad es que la seguridad no es buena por el estacionamiento básicamente dejan pasar a quien sea solo diciendo el número de estacionamiento y departamento, en fin todo mal.

They ask for your name in every corner of the place that you walk but the reality is that security is not good because of the parking lot, they basically let anyone pass just by saying the parking number and department, in short, everything is wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in this building since August last year and moved out in May this year. The facilities are equipped well and when you enter the lobby you know it’s a pretty nice building. But I have to complain the real este rental agency “Xoco Inmobiliaria”. I rented two apartments with them in city towers grand and we signed the termination contract on June 4th, until now July 6th, no one returned me the deposit. I have to ask my lawyer to push them again and again. And they charged me repair fee of 20550 MX pesos for the first apartment and 8210 MX pesos for the second apartment for the items of floor, closet, chair those kind of things’ repair fee and labor fee.
