★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is incredible. The booking process for a COVID test was so easy and upon arrival the staff is super friendly. For the antigen test, results were given within 30 mins and my travel partner got hers in her way to the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bait and switched us at the office. We paid $25 USD for each Covid test online and once we should up to the office they claimed we would need to pay an additional $32. We paid for a taxi to get across town for the appointment and they wouldn’t do the test for the price we paid. They couldn’t refund our money and now we have to call a number to get a refund. Do not pay online. Better yet just avoid it.

Also if your middle name is listed on your passport, you will need to enter it as well to get your results under the first name section. This is my second time using them, and I plan on using them again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, comfortable, and well located near Hotel row. They greeted us by name as we walked in and had us tested and out the door in under ten minutes. Results were in my email before I reached my hotel. The attached report (click the download link) was promptly accepted by Delta/Trust Assure. It doesn't get much easier.
