★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hace un me aproximado lleve mi laptop y le dije ala persona que me recivio que mi laptop se apagaba todo muy bien la revisaron y me dijero que las tarjetas ram ya no funcionaban quw avia que cambiar (2000)por las ram le dije que posrerior mente pero ya revisando mi laptop no supieron abrirla rompieron una tapa y facil mente la pegaron con colaloca les hable para hablar n el tecnico numca me dio la cara diiendo que etaba muy ocupado.
About a year ago I took my laptop and told the person who received me that my laptop turned off very well, they checked it and told me that the ram cards no longer worked, so I had to change (2000) for the rams I told him that later but after checking my laptop, they didn't know how to open it, they broke a lid and easily glued it with colaloca.

Everything was fixed in 2 hours and for me it was something very complicated. My pc was like new. It gave me security and of course I would recommend it. They attend very professional and the right price ✔️

El problema es que me llevo la sensación de que me estafaron al pedirme comprar una pieza que no se requería, para solucionar una falla en mi laptop que al final se terminó solucionando con una limpieza. Mi error fué no quedarme a la instalación para verificarlo.
Customer service is good if overly automated. The problem is that I get the feeling that they scammed me by asking me to buy a part that was not required, to solve a problem in my laptop that ended up being solved with a cleaning. My mistake was not staying for the installation to verify it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizaron un pegado de carcaza, me dan 2 años de garantía y ya van 3 veces que regreso en menos de un mes, no queda bien y se despega. De nada sirve la rapidez si no hay eficiencia en el trabajo. Son amables pero eso de nada sirve si el equipo regresa casi como lo llevé. Quedé inconforme con el trabajo porque aparte de eso en la tapa queda una gran separación que dicen es de 1 milímetro cuando en realidad es de 1 centímetro. Yo no regresaría a que hagan algún otro servicio a un equipo.
They glued the carcass, they give me a 2-year guarantee and I've been back 3 times in less than a month, it doesn't look good and it comes off. Speed is useless if there is no efficiency at work. They are friendly but that is useless if the team returns almost as I did. I was dissatisfied with the work because apart from that there is a large separation on the lid that they say is 1 millimeter when in fact it is 1 centimeter. I would not return to have them do any other service to a team.
