Excellent place to spend good times with the family. The food is delicious. The room is clean. It is recommended that you make an advance reservation since for the few rooms there is no certainty of finding space. The room is a little cheaper.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nature, the staff are charming. The cabins are very comfortable, the beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean. I recommend you change your reference in Booking (remove the fortune rooster turn) we had a rather unpleasant altercation with one of the motorcycle taxis for getting confused ... But apart from that all wonderful I put you in situation, we arrived in Jerusalem with the intention of reaching our accommodation. We were already warned that they are trying to take advantage of the tourists who arrive and want to go up to the clouds, so we asked for a motorcycle taxi showing the Booking reference and they asked us 150 pesos, we accepted and we started. After a while we arrived at a village called Gallo Giro, with some cabins and he pointed out that it must be those, although it did not coincide with our reference at all. We tell him that it was not because it was neither the name nor its appearance at all similar to the one in the photographs, he insists that there are no more hostels in that area and that it has to be that, we come across some workers who are asked and they confirm that there are no more hostels there, and we answer the taxi driver that we have no idea where we are, we only have the name reference through Booking and he living in the area should know it better than we do (since it's their job). He starts to get cool and tells the workers that he is going to leave us at the hostel (which was not ours) and that if we did not get off he was going to take us to jail or bring us to work with the workers (I do not credit at all of that kind of attitude when your clients are still in the vehicle and they are listening and understanding you perfectly). We go back to the wrong hostel, he turns off the engine and tells us to get off that he had already done his part of the job, we refused since we do not want to stay in a place that we do not know (through which no more vehicles pass) and also that we have not even requested, he automatically became very aggressive and began to shout "that if he was doing well up to that moment but that he would start to go the wrong way, he raised his fist, he began to tell us that we tourists come to his country to laugh at them, "and he threatened us again to take us to jail, I ran out with my suitcases from the motorcycle taxi, scared and frustrated by the situation we were experiencing on our vacations. My partner, calmer but with trembling legs, tried to talk with him and try to make him understand that we wanted to get to our accommodation, and that if we were in Mexico (he for the second time) it was partly because of his people, so we did not come in no plan of superiority or contempt for them. After a few minutes he agreed to charge something more and take us to the clouds and there we would seek help to find the accommodation that he (working in the area) did not know where he was. Finally, thanks to some kids, we found the accommodation, and he, far from apologizing, went to the owner and rebuked him that his name of the establishment had confused him, and he left so hot with his 300 pesos. Terrible experience, but more terrible is that people like this were allowed to work in front of the public and in front of tourists, because I would not recommend the place for experiences like this.
