Dónde la gente vive en mini casitas y hacinados, estás creando una fábrica de problemas y delincuencia. Se debería legislar para evitar este tipo de desarrollos, en cualquier municipio, no solo Apodaca.
Definitely the type of housing developments that become the focus of social problems, which later degenerate into insecurity. Sorry, but it's the truth. Where people live in tiny houses and crowded together, you are creating a factory of problems and crime. Legislation should be made to prevent this type of development, in any municipality, not just Apodaca.
