Teniamos cita. a las 11am.. es la 1pm y seguimos esperando, es una perdida de tiempo y sin respeto a las citas o a los niños que estan en manos de estas dependencias ineficaces, hay un serio problema institucional que va desde recursos humanos, de presupuesto, organizacion, manejo del tiempo y falta de empatia y compromiso al ciudadano al que le brindan el servicio al parecer solo cuando quieren. Creo q si es una oficina q trabaja en pro de los niños debiera haber más empatia, mejor servicio y actitud y estar más presentable para los niños q aquí asisten. Te dejan abandonado en una sala de espera más sucia que cualquier hogar en el país por donde no se haya pasado ni la escoba ni el trapo por más de 6 meses. Las instalaciones son viejas y sumamente sucias. Te dejan horas esperando, nadie te dice nada, pero con trabajos te devuelven el saludo, en verdad. Esperé por 2 horas cuando no había absolutamente nadie más por atender, las empleadas desayunando y maquillándose. Decidí irme mejor a la Fiscalia de la Zona Industrial en la calle 14, luego luego se vio la diferencia. What a horror, what a demeaning place.
