As for medical care is good. But the attention of the Reepcionistas are rude, arrogant navas. Some ladies are education. That they yell at customers as if they were the owners.

Estoy muy agradecida con Dra. Elvia y el Dr. Daniel, por ser profesionales, transparentes y honestos con la situación de mi perro.
Igual el cirujano fue directo al explicar lo que le sucedía.
Fueron los únicos que actuaron con inmediatez. Le hicieron estudios de todo.
Fue muy costoso, pero todo valió la pena ya que daban diagnóstico certero.
Mi perro se quedó internado y la atención y reportes fue muy bueno. Nos daba tranquilidad.
Lamentablemente mi perro no lo logró, tardamos varios días en que le detectaran la obstrucción (fuimos a otros lugares donde no investigaron al 100%)

Unfortunately it took us a long time to find this place.
I am very grateful to Dra. Elvia and Dr. Daniel, for being professional, transparent and honest with my dog's situation.
Still, the surgeon was direct in explaining what was happening to him.
They were the only ones who acted immediately. They studied everything.
It was very expensive, but it was all worth it since they gave an accurate diagnosis.
My dog was hospitalized and the attention and reports were very good. It gave us peace of mind.
Unfortunately my dog did not make it, it took several days for the obstruction to be detected (we went to other places where they did not investigate 100%)
