★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comparación de la porquería de bancomer que tiene al lado este banamex siempre te atiende no te hace usar los cajeros automáticos como los otros huevones. Nunca eh tenido problemas solo que en ciertos dias si se llena mucho y hay que esperar aunque casi siempre hacen filas rapidas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de cajas, desde que te dan el turno hasta que llegas al área de cajas es una experiencia horrible, invito a la gente a hacer su potabilidad a cualquier otro banco, pues banamex no tiene reversos, los ejecutivos están con una cara de fastidio y no se diga en cajas, que para hacer un retiro de efectivo en el área y hacer un deposito a una cuenta del mismo banco, tienes que formarte 2 veces, así de ridículo. Y no solo es esta sucursal, sino el banco total.
Hagan su potabilidad a cualquier otro banco.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace una semana atrás fui a tartar un asunto financiero, la persona que se encontraba pasando a la gente fue grosera y déspota, no se tomó la molestia de preguntar a qué acudía a sucursal.
Tuve que mejor acudir al guardia y mostrar que era Priority para que la señorita me hiciera caso. Y aún así mostró una actitud muy grosera.
No recomiendo esta sucursal más que no haya de otra en acudir a ella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy totalmente fastidiado. Vine a realizar un trámite relativamente cotidiano de apertura de cuenta para nómina 1.5 hrs esperando entrar y como 2 hrs que me realizarán el trámite. Primero me atendieron en un escritorio que al final resultó que no podían realizar mi trámite y otra vez a esperar que me atendieran en otro escritorio. Durante todo el proceso solo pensaba, que mal que me solicitarán trabajar con este banco y esta sucursal. Una total lástima y perdida de oportunidades de parte de la sucursal.
