Segundo, después de marcar varias veces por 3 días, fui presencialmente pero que casualidad que la reja esté cerrada con papeles pegados pero ninguno sobre la constancia de no matrimonio (el trámite que necesito) y en la puerta una pancarta del covid 19, lo que me quedé observando desde las 10:00 am asta las 12:00 am y nada, solo las luces del edificio estaban prendidas, después ese mismo día fui a su página de internet para intentar agendar una cita y nada, no sé si por algún lado estaba para agendar una cita online pero creo que para eso está el teléfono, para nosotros que no encontramos forma de agendar una cita online, no creen.

Sólo entregan 15 fichas hasta las 10am. Tendrás que llegar a las 8am (o antes) para poder alcanzar ficha. Una sola copia o registro te tarda 4hrs.
Terrible attention from these municipal bureaucrats. The attention service is at 10am, it should be at 9am (the workers arrive at 9am, but they do not attend)
They only give out 15 tokens until 10am. You will have to arrive at 8am (or earlier) to be able to get token. A single copy or registration takes 4hrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mienten con los horarios, no los respetan atención precaria por lo menos para laborar en este tipo de oficinas el personal debería tener cierta preparación educativa, no saben escribir, de por si no hacen casi nada y solo atienden a 15 personas en todo un dia de jornada laboral cuando quieren y se la pasan platicando y si realizan algún trámite hay que revisarlo perfectamente porque tienen un montón de errores y para corregirlos te traen vuelta y vuelta...
Es mas hasta la ubicación en Google esta mal para que no se confíen esta a tres calles de donde dice la ubicación esta en el parque en medio de Coppel y elektra...
