Me dijeron "Usted puede esperar pero si dan las 2:40 y no vuelve ya no se da servicio. ¿Porque 2:40 si el horario de atención dice que es hasta las 3:00pm? (Me traslade a otro juzgado y me atendieron después de esa hora) Me dijeron que debía traer la solicitud de registro para poder hacer el trámite, ahí hay una chica que te vende el formato en 20 pesos. (En el otro juzgado al que me trasladé me pidieron mi documentación personal y me brindaron una copia del mismo formato de manera gratuita y en ningún momento me mencionaron que era algo que yo ya debía traer). La orientación y atención debería de ser igual en cualquier instancia de este tipo y no entorpecer un trámite que realmente es muy sencillo, ya que al mismo acuden recién nacidos y madres en recuperación que pierden tiempo y dinero al transportarse, solo por caprichos e incompetencia del personal a cargo.
