★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es pésima, por parte de algunos de sus servidores, principalmente de las señoritas que se encuentran en ventanilla, los informes los dan mal, tratan terrible a la gente ante una duda y elaboran mal algunos documentos, cuando se trata de un problema mayor, no puedo decir lo mismo de algunos que se encuentran fuera dando el pase a la gente, son amables, por lo demás, es pésimo el servicio, nada de educación, ni profesionalismo.
 The attention is terrible, on the part of some of its servers, mainly the ladies who are at the window, the reports are given badly, they treat people terribly when they have a doubt and they elaborate some documents badly, when it comes to a major problem I cannot say the same of some who are outside giving the pass to people, they are friendly, otherwise, the service is terrible, no education, or professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aún no hago mi trámite pero de primera su portal es deficiente y confuso y desde que pides informes te contestan de manera grosera y despota, se les olvida que son empleados de gobierno ? por teléfono no contestan y por correo ni se diga.
Solo pierdes tu tiempo y haces corajes
I still haven't done my paperwork but first of all their website is deficient and confusing and since you ask for reports they answer you in a rude and despotic way, they forget that they are government employees ? they don't answer by phone and by mail they don't even say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el personal muy desatento y grosero es importante mantener actualizada su página también ya que habemos quienes ya radicamos en otros estados y por situaciones forzosas tenemos que viajar a realizar trámites ahí... Justo para que uno llegue y el personal de mala gana solo diga "pues esos no son los documentos y hasta la próxima semana se le puede atender' aun faltando media hora para el cierre del lugar que por cierto no es a las 3 como dice en la página. Pésimo, yo comprendo que si no se lleva todo como es no pueden hacer nada pero hay formas de decir las cosas muy mala atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal DESPOTA, GROSERO Y DESATENTO!! Todas están ENOJADAS y tratan al publico muy mal. Es entendible que a veces el atender al publico es estresante, porque atiendes a todo tipo de personas, y por eso mismo, deberían poner gente que sea capaz de manejar a todo tipo de personas, y con paciencia para evitar esos malos tratos. Pero en GENERAL es el PEOR PERSONAL que me toco que me atendiera. Ya que tuve que visitar varios Registros Civiles en el Estado de Mexico, por los trámites que estaba realizando, y ahí en el REGISTRO CIVIL #1 DE TLALNEPANTLA, el que esta en Sor Juana, a un lado del antes cine Tlalli, fue el PEOR!!
DESPOTA, RUDE AND DISATTENTIVE Staff!! They are all ANGRY and treat the public very badly. It is understandable that sometimes serving the public is stressful, because you serve all kinds of people, and for that reason, they should put people who are capable of handling all kinds of people, and with patience to avoid such mistreatment. But in GENERAL it is the WORST PERSONNEL that I had to attend to me. Since I had to visit several Civil Registries in the State of Mexico, due to the procedures that I was carrying out, and there in the CIVIL REGISTRY #1 OF TLALNEPANTLA, the one in Sor Juana, next to the former Tlalli cinema, was the WORST !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio según su horario de atención es hasta las 14 horas como dice internet y la página oficial pero llegas a la 1 y no te quieren atender que tienes que sacar citas para que te atiendan después... Y les recalcas que ahí en una lona que está pegada en la reja de entrada dice el horario y te dicen que no que ellas trabajan hasta la 1 ... Les preguntas otras cosas y -" no saben nada "- tal cual es su contestación ..... Pésima actitud y servicio

Recomendable llevar gorra o algo para cubriste del Sol, pues mientras se esté formado, es muy probable que esté en zonas sin sombra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies there are very rude, my son was born here but my wife is american but they wont my son because the name on the certificate of birth doesnt match the marriage certificate and I try to explain that in the US when they get married they adopt the husband's name and she literally say this is mexico and we cant do it, and they would not listen. They told me to go to the consulate in USA event tho we moved here and we live and work here and I am mexican!. Is there anyone I can talk to?
