Esto fue en la Direccion del Registro civil, ahi me expidieron tres actas de defunción de mi madre y la 'persona' me las cobró a $150.00 cada una....incluso él recibe el dinero, pretextando que él bajará a realizar el pago....es decir al doble las cobran...que negociazo hacen!!!
Qué pasa señor Director, esa orden le dan a sus empleados????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deberían cambiar al encargado de brindar información, muy grosero es el señor, se le pregunta por algún trámite o servicio, y para todo dice que no están trabajando, que no hay labores, que no hay nadie que me pueda expedir dicho trámite ( copia certificada del acta de nacimiento) que buscará mejor por otro lado, cajeros, en línea, etc ( siendo que le comenté que no había podido conseguirla por esos medios y que por eso acudí a dicha oficialía.
Y contesto aquí no te la voy a dar, nosotros ni siquiera las hacemos, todos vienen siendo que aquí no se hacen esos trámites...
Mi sencilla petición.
They should change the person in charge of providing information, the man is very rude, he is asked about some procedure or service, and for everything he says that they are not working, that there are no tasks, that there is no one who can issue said procedure to me (certified copy of the birth certificate) that he will look better on the other hand, ATMs, online, etc (being that I commented that I had not been able to get it by those means and that is why I went to said office.
And I answer here, I am not going to give it to you, we do not even do them, they all come being that these procedures are not done here ...
My simple request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 10 de septiembre 2020, solicité una constancia de inexistencia de matrimonio con el Sr. Fabian Martínez quien desde el principio se mostró déspota.
Me cobro $350.00 le pedí mi recibo de comprobante de pago y me dijo que no había recibos que solo preguntará por él y el me entregaba la constancia, enojado le dije que no quería el trato y que me devolviera mi dinero, me dijo que no.
Tengo entendido que el registro civil no. 1 de Acapulco tendría que solicitarlo mediante escrito a Chilpancingo pero no fue así, al volver el día lunes 14 septiembre del mismo año me entregó una constancia falsa con el sello de la agencia del registro civil 48 de costa azul y no de la agencia del registro civil no.1 donde la solicite.
Le volví a pedir mi dinero y no me lo regresó que le hiciera como quisiera.
