Ciye Hotel - 63729 San Francisco

Wow!!!! We were below away by this hotel. Everything from the staff, the rooms to the beautiful rooftop pool. I needed a place with reliable wifi and this was one of the only places in town that had strong enough wifi where I could Zoom and work all day long. The best thing about this hotel is the staff though. Lead by the amazing Mayra, the staff here is so kind and so welcoming. They truly make you feel like you are at a home away from home. We will be coming back solely due to how incredible the staff was. They all were so warm and were so great with our 4 month old baby who we brought on our trip with us. Thank you!!

exceptionally clean and friendly boutique hotel., small pool with great outdoor space and bar.. We had many good restaurants within walking distance, and being so close to the beach. staff at breakfast are so kind and accommodating. and Mayra GM at front desk and Karen were extremely helpful..

Very friendly staff. Rooftop pool and bar is great, with a good view of the beach. Comfortable rooms that were meticulously cleaned each day. Very good location. This place is awesome! Can’t wait to come back.

Everything was great. The hotel was modern and beautiful. Conveniently located just a 5min walk to beach. The hotel even provides beach chairs and umbrellas that came in handy A wide selection of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. The rooms were comfortable. Especially appreciated the wifi and mini fridge in the room and filtered water just down the hall. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. Drinks were very good. Front desk was great. From helping us reserve a taxi, printing off our covid tests, replacing our door keys, etc. A special thanks to Myra who really went out of her way to make us feel welcome and secure. Can't wait to return!

Good location In the middle of the town, clean , Unfortunately my first experience within 5 minutes upon arrival was a man barking at me not to smoke in the courtyard, very impolite . I didn't know there was no smoking , I was waiting to check in and figured it was an outside open space. Needless to say later on I found out he was the owner and told the hotel manager that she needs to tell him to brush up on his customer service skills since he works in hospitality . One sour experience can dampen your enthusiasm for a stay in a nice hotel.Hence the 2 star , but it is not a reflection on any other the other other employees , who were great including the Manager .

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Ciye Hotel. It was extremely clean and the staff were beyond welcoming and helpful. The hotel is centrally located in this cozy town...a short walk to the beach. If you don't want the festive mood after dinner, I'd say either bring ear plugs to sleep or stay a little farther out. However, if you want to embrace the spirit of the main drag, this is perfecto. The rooftop pool area was relaxing. The pool itself was a bit chilly, but the view and bar/food service balanced it all out. We will stay here again the next time we are in San Pancho.

We loved our stay at Ciye Hotel!! The location was perfect, right on the Main Street and walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The courtyard has peaceful sounds of birds and adds to the ambience of the hotel! The staff do an amazing job at keeping the hotel and rooms clean every day. The rooftop patio/pool is very relaxing, quite, has amazing views and tasty cocktails.Highly recommend and would happily stay at Ciye Hotel again!

We recently had an amazing 7 night stay at Ciye Hotel! The staff were all very warm, welcoming, and helpful in providing us with whatever extras we needed and with recommendations for everything. The rooftop pool, with loungers and bar, is absolutely beautiful! It was very quiet there the whole time and so it felt nice to have the extra space. We used the bikes a couple of times, and they were very comfortable and fun to ride around on. However, the location of the hotel is optimal, in the centre of town, and mere steps from the beach, so we didn't need to travel much distance by foot or bike to get anywhere. Since we booked directly through the hotel, our stay included coffee, juice, and scones in the morning, which were all excellent. The food was provided through the restaurant attached to the hotel, and so there were convenient and delicious options for bigger breakfasts, which we opted for a few of the days. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, though we found the bed a bit hard (but that's personal preference.) All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit and stay in San Pancho.
