★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen día, llamé para comprar un producto , la persona que me respondió me pidió los datos de mi tarjeta para procesar el pago, le pedí por favor que me indicara primero si todavía estaba disponible y me dijo que no, según su sistema primero se procesa el pago y en dado caso que ya no haya en inventario lo que yo deseo adquirir me podían dar otra cosa del mismo precio. De inmediato desistí de hacer la compra, es ilógico pagar por algo que tal vez ya no hay en existencia, pésima atención.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO SERVICIO, PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA, no cumplen lo que ofrecen y las devoluciones TIENEN COSTO el producto debe estar sin usar( como vas a probarlo??), aguas porque te quieren dar un monedero electrónico para que siga TU dinero con ellos!!Mejor EVITEN COMPRAR!!!
Tuve que acudir a PROFECO para resolver después de 5 meses de llamadas donde me dejaban colgada; la tipa que fue a la conciliación sintiéndose diva de Televisa (porque pertenecen a ella) nunca se disculpo e iba como con flojera y cero actitud conciliatoria y mucho menos de servicio. Toda una pesadilla!!!!!!
LOUSY SERVICE, MISLEADING ADVERTISING, they do not fulfill what they offer and the returns HAVE COST the product must be unused (how are you going to try it ??), waters because they want to give you an electronic wallet so that you can follow YOUR money with them !! Better AVOID TO BUY!!!
I had to go to PROFECO to solve after 5 months of calls where they left me hanging; the girl who went to the conciliation feeling diva of Televisa (because they belong to her) never apologized and went with laziness and zero conciliatory attitude, much less service. Quite a nightmare !!!

Desde el 17 de noviembre compre esta plancha de acuerdo a lo que ofrecen en su canal de televisión y al día de hoy no he recibido mi producto. He llamado tres veces para verificar que pasa y solo me dan largas, pero aun no recibo nada. Y se atreven a decir que es un servicio diferente de entrega a la puerta del domicilio????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El 23 de enero de 2017 me llegó (por fin y después de reclamar) un trapeador SPIN MOP, y el 11 de febrero se desprendió la parte del mechudo. Es un producto de mala calidad por lo que el precio es altísimo.
On January 23, 2017 I arrived (finally and after claiming) a SPIN MOP mop, and on February 11 the part of the tuft was detached. It is a poor quality product so the price is very high.
