En primera, para hacer un pedido por teléfono te la tienes que estar pasando horas al teléfono para ver a que hora se les ocurre contestar, por WhatsApp te tardan más de dos horas en contestar. En una ocasión una señorita me colgó cuando estaba haciendo un pedido por teléfono.
En segunda, la falta de personal y sobre todo la falta de respeto de estos empleados . No tienen respeto alguno por el Cliente. Se la pasan jugando en horario de trabajo y riéndose. Si les preguntas algo te contestan de mala gana y a veces de una forma burlona. La primera vez que fui una señorita de tez blanca, yo creo que es la más joven de ahí, se burlo de mi. El sábado fui y también lo hizo con otra señora.
Yo creo que deberían mejorar la atención al cliente porque en lo personal ha sido una pésima experiencia. Ojalá se arregle el asunto.
Por último punto si no te pones a revisar tus zapatos en el momento que te los entregan... O te dan mal número o te dan mal el color y tienes que ir cambio.

First of all, to place an order by phone you have to spend hours on the phone to see what time it occurs to answer, on WhatsApp it takes you more than two hours to answer. On one occasion a young lady hung up on me when I was placing an order over the phone.
Second, the lack of staff and above all the lack of respect from these employees. They have no respect whatsoever for the Client. They spend their time playing games during work hours and laughing. If you ask them something they answer you reluctantly and sometimes in a mocking way. The first time I was a white-skinned lady, I think she is the youngest there, she made fun of me. On Saturday I went and he also did it with another lady.
I think they should improve customer service because personally it has been a terrible experience. Hopefully the matter is settled.
Finally, if you do not check your shoes when they are delivered ... Either they give you a bad number or they give you a bad color and you have to go change.
Very dissatisfied. : /

No me entregaron productos por los que ya había pagado y en lugar de solucionarme, me bloquearon de su WhatsApp. QUE VERGUENZA!
