★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mayoria de las cajeras atienden pésimo cómo si les estuvieras pidiendo un favor, siempre con mala cara, por el covid dejan entrar a una persona pero si son clientas de mayoreo los dejan entrar a dos personas y casi casi le sirven un café de bienvenida, creo qué todos merecemos el mismo trato y no veo porqué el hacer diferencia..te quejas de eso y te tratan mal diciéndote qué así se maneja cklass y que la gerente ya tiene 20 años en la empresa y la chava de la entrada 12, cosa qué a mí qué me importa... Pésimo servicio
Most of the cashiers serve lousy as if you were asking them for a favor, always with a bad face, because of the covid they let one person in but if they are wholesale customers they let two people in and almost serve them a welcome coffee, I think we all deserve the same treatment and I don't see why it makes a difference ... you complain about that and they treat you badly, telling you how cklass is handled and that the manager has already been in the company for 20 years and the girl from entry 12, something what do I care ... terrible service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalmente la atención es regular (tirando a mala)… pero ahora esta peor, con la pandemia entran de poco en poco, y parece que están en “tiempo libre”; echando chisme y perdiendo el tiempo.
Hoy me encontré con que un vale que iba a canjear ya se había usado ?
Para yo en persona tratar de usarlos fue un problemon xq ya estaban vencidos, pero “alguien” más y sin mi consentimiento (la empresa cklass o una de las empleadas), decidieron usarlo para comprar 2 juegos de catálogos ??♀️ ósea…. Perdí $290 así como así. Me los robaron LITERAL!
