★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas de mostrador, tienen un trato excelente con el cliente, pero la encargada o persona que se sienta en un escritorio, dos de dos pésima atención al cliente, bastante área de oportunidad y falta de capacitación. Deja en mal a la tienda, no creo este a la altura.
The counter people have an excellent deal with the customer, but the manager or person sitting at a desk, two of two lousy customer service, plenty of opportunity and lack of training. It hurts the store, I do not think this lives up to it.
