El menú era tan sencillo como fácil de cumplir lo prometido. Tardaron más de media hora en traerme la comida, tanto como las tapas y la pizza venían incorrectas. Las tapas, (que en el menú decían que llevaba salsa pomodoro) las bañaron en aderezo de chipotle (la mesera dijo que porque se les acabó el pomodoro), le pusieron champiñones (que en el menú no mencionaba eso, era peperoni) y sus "finas hierbas" era un puño de germinado. Los regresé, y me lo trajeron otra media hora después exactamente iguales pero con los pedazos de peperoni arriba.
Si no son capaces de ofrecer un buen servicio a un establecimiento que esté en frente, no lo ofrezcan. La pizza sí la arreglaron, pero tuve regresar las tapas e irme a comer unos hot dogs a la esquina. Ni una disculpa me ofrecieron.
I ordered food from Frester.
The menu was as simple as it was easy to deliver. It took more than half an hour to bring me the food, as long as the tapas and pizza were wrong. The tapas, (which on the menu said they had pomodoro sauce) were bathed in chipotle dressing (the waitress said that because they ran out of pomodoro), they put mushrooms (which on the menu did not mention that, it was pepperoni) and their "fine herbs" was a handful of sprouts. I returned them, and they brought it to me another half hour later, exactly the same but with the pieces of pepperoni on top.
If you are unable to provide good service to an establishment across the street, then don't do it. The pizza was fixed, but I had to return the tapas and go to eat some hot dogs in the corner. Not an apology was offered.
