★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me cuesta trabajo creer que sea un unicornio mexicano, no existe respuesta a la solicitud que se manda a las 48 horas y su vinculación con el SAT no funciona tan bien. Su aplicación en IOS no me funciona. Ojala puedan mejorar esto.
It is hard for me to believe that it is a Mexican unicorn, there is no response to the request that is sent after 48 hours and its connection with the SAT does not work so well. Your app on IOS doesn't work for me. Hopefully they can improve this.

Mal servicio y ni siequiera hemos empezado. Y eso que ya tienen todos mis documentos y no falta nada.
Me comentaba el asesor asignado que el tiempo de respuesta es de 1 mes y que eso de de que en 48hrs. ya no es cierto.
They say they resolve in 48 hours. And it's been 3 weeks now with no response.
