★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pena que no tengan un horario formal y que nunca respondan el teléfono... Me gustan sus productos sin embargo el servicio al cliente en ese aspecto es pésimo. Ni siquiera devuelven la llamada... Deben tener muchos clientes y ya no les importa brindar una buena atención. Si los sábados no abren, mejor es ni poner un horario... Hoy dos veces fui y dos veces llamé y nunca respondieron.
It's a shame that they don't have a formal schedule and that they never answer the phone ... I like their products, however the customer service in that regard is terrible. They don't even call back ... They must have a lot of customers and they no longer care about providing good care. If they don't open on Saturdays, it is better not even to set a schedule ... Today I went twice and called twice and they never answered.
