★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not sure if they were understaffed, but there was only one person on nails when I went. It took around 4 hours to get through mine and my sister's nails (around 2 hours each). They came out uneven and were falling off after a few days. Paid almost triple what I pay at much usual place, but I couldn't get an appointment at my usual, so I had to settle for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great! Clean, well appointed, comfortable & very reasonably priced. The services are delivered with meticulous attention to detail. You'll be offered a massage during your mani/pedi, by all means get it. Be sure to ask for Nadia for a manicure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit - loved it, until a sweaty couple not wearing masks and touching everything at the till came in, stayed, chatted, staff did nothing, despite the mandatory mask sign on the door. I will not be going back. They were wholly unapologetic and grosser still: they were booking massages. Covid-19 isn’t a joke.

But honestly, this place was amazing! The girls are so thorough in their work. I got a manicure and pedicure and was so impressed with their work.
If you're looking for somewhere to get your nails done, this is a bit off the path but it truly is worth it.
Make an appointment ahead of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service at any nail salon I have ever been to. I was 10min early for my appointment, having a bad back, I chose to stand instead of seated at the waiting area. The two working girls threw a fit that I chose to stand. There was only the three of us in the salon. I have been going to this salon for a year, with zero problems. The attitude I received from the employees was disgusting and they should be ashamed. I do not recommend this salon, spend your money in a place that appreciates you.
