m	marifer martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quisiera poder decir que me encanto pero yo no tuve una buena experiencia en el lugar, fui por una decoloración y la verdad es que no me quedó nada bien, el error al hacer el balayage en la ultima parte no me hicieron el crepé que es parte de la técnica, no dije nada a momento porque quise confiar en el proceso , cuando terminaron no quede muy convencida pero igual no dije nada, ahi mi error, llegando a mi casa era mucha la diferencia de unas partes a otras y le comente a la estilista,al día siguiente que fui a que me corrigieran pero ella mencionó que yo así lo quise y por eso quedo así, es decir era mi culpa , a lo cual yo respondí que eso no estaba bien hecho, obvio no le pareció y me en el momento cuando vi su cara molesta , pero la cosa es que había que corregir, se me puso tinte oscuro en la raíz y quedo mejor pero igual la d el trabajo muy mal hecho, también quiero mencionar que me regresaron con el cabello mojado a mi casa , únicamente me secaron la raíz para que viera como quedo , igual yo ya no dije nada porque yo ya me quería ir del lugar y no sentía que fuera a lograr que mejorara la situación pero como es posible que sabiendo que tienen una clienta inconforme con su trabajo en vez de hacer lo posible por arreglar el error tengan este tipo de actitudes....cabe mencionar que obviamente me quejé y su respuesta fue que yo era muy prepotente y culparon a mi estilista anterior en plan que era imposible arreglar lo que yo tenia (un balayage de medios a puntas que la verdad estaba muy bonito simplemente yo queria mi cabello mas rubio) I wish I could say that I loved it but I did not have a good experience in the place, I went for a discoloration and the truth is that it did not look good at all, the error when doing the balayage in the last part did not make me the crepe that is part of the technique, I did not say anything at the time because I wanted to trust the process, when they finished I was not very convinced but I did not say anything, there my mistake, arriving at my house was a lot of difference from one part to another and I commented to the stylist, the next day I went to be corrected but she mentioned that I wanted it that way and that is why it stayed that way, that is to say it was my fault, to which I replied that it was not well done, obviously it did not seem like the moment when I saw his annoyed face, but the thing is that I had to correct, I got a dark dye at the root and it looked better but the same job was very poorly done, I also want to mention that they returned me with wet hair house, they only dried the root so that I could see how I stay, just as I did not say anything because I already wanted to leave the place and did not feel that I was going to improve the situation but how is it possible that knowing that they have a client dissatisfied with their work instead of doing everything possible to fix the They have this kind of attitudes mistake ... it is worth mentioning that I obviously complained and their response was that I was very arrogant and they blamed my previous stylist in plan that it was impossible to fix what I had (a balayage from medium to ends that It was really very pretty, I just wanted my hair more blonde)
