★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Nos pasaron el teléfono del encargado, nos recomendaron el servicio. Nunca llegó, ni siquiera se digna a responder. La primera vez que preguntamos día y hora para limpieza de colchón, nos agendó y estuvimos esperando. Como no llegaba yo tuve que contactar al encargado y nos informó que tuvo un percance en su automóvil. Comprendiendo la situación lo reprogramamos para una semana después y quedó de confirmar. Apenas se tomó la molestia de responder una vez más que él confirmaría, pero sin definir fecha ni hora, sin ofrecer una explicación. Eso es todo. Total falta de seriedad. Muy mal.
Terrible service. They gave us the phone of the manager, they recommended the service. He never came, he didn't even deign to reply. The first time we asked for the day and time for mattress cleaning, he booked us and we were waiting. As he did not arrive, I had to contact the manager and he informed us that he had a mishap in his car. Understanding the situation, we rescheduled it for a week later and it was confirmed. He hardly bothered to reply once more that he would confirm, but without defining the date or time, without offering an explanation. That's all. Total lack of seriousness. Very bad.
