I hired Clean Home to polish tiles in a room of 4 m by 8 m in the center of our house. The representative did not show up or give us an idea of ​​what to expect. The tile in the flooded rooms is now scratched, despite our subsequent mopping. It took me a whole day to complete a small living room. The air conditioner was left on all the time, with the front and rear doors fully open. The walls were only painted, and the crew left a large black mark on one. Since the polishing of tiles is advertised on the Clean Home website, I expected them to have a professional process, but in fact it seemed to be chaos. To top it off, they borrowed our broom and took it away. A week later we are still finding damage, for example, we broke the dustpan and removed the broom.

The people who work with them are great.
